Why this matters

A letter that never arrives is a kind of cruelty. We take that seriously. When you write the thing you have been carrying, you are trusting us to keep it safe and to deliver it at the right time. That trust is the whole product.

The forty-five day system

Every thirty days we send a quiet note. One click, "I'm still here," and the clock resets. If you don't respond, we try again on day thirty-seven, and again on day forty-four. On day forty-five, your letter is delivered to the person you named.

Email or post — your choice

When you write your letter, you choose how it should arrive. By email, sent automatically to the address you named. Or by post — we print it and mail it by hand to the address you gave. The same care either way.

Privacy, kept simply

Your letter is stored privately and securely. We do not read it, share it, or use it to train anything. If you choose email, it is delivered unread by us, only to the person you named. If you choose post, our team reads it for one reason only — to print it and mail it — and never shares it with anyone else.

You can edit, rewrite, or delete it at any time.

Care over time

Addresses move. People change emails. Once a year we quietly check in to make sure the recipient details you gave us still work, so that when the day comes, the letter actually arrives.
