What we hold, and why.

1. Who we are

YourLastNote is operated by Dominio LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. The service is available worldwide. For anything about your privacy, write to Support@YourLastNote.com.

2. What we collect

We keep only what the service needs:

Your email address, so you can sign in and so we can send you check-in reminders and receipts.

The letter you write, and the recipient details you provide: their name, and either their email or their postal address, depending on how you choose to deliver it.

Payment records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number. We keep a record that payment was made.

Basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics (for example, page views) to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use it

To operate the service: to store your letter, send your check-in reminders, and deliver your letter to the person you named if the day comes. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your letter to train any model.

4. Your letter's privacy

If you choose email delivery, your letter is stored privately and delivered unread by us, only to the recipient you named.

If you choose postal delivery, our team reads the letter for one purpose only, to print it and mail it by hand to the address you gave. We never share its contents with anyone but the recipient.

5. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run YourLastNote: our hosting and database provider, our email-sending provider, and Stripe for payments. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your letter and account for as long as your account is active, and for as long as needed to deliver your letter. You can export or permanently delete your letter at any time. Deletion is final.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information. To do any of these, or to close your account, write to Support@YourLastNote.com.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know by email.
